Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring?
A yoga mat for yoga, socks for Pilates, water bottle, and comfortable clothes. We have mat rentals and props available in-studio.
Do I need to pre-register for class?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead online to secure your spot — especially for Reformer classes, which have limited space. Yoga registration opens 2 weeks before. Reformer registration opens 1 week and 1 hour before.
What if I’m running late?
We begin and end class together, so arriving on time is important. While we understand that life happens, you may join class up to 5 minutes late if your spot is still available. However, if someone else is present and ready to attend, your spot may be given away. For Sunrise Yoga and Pilates, the door locks promptly at start time—please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure entry. Repeated lateness may result in being turned away.
Is there parking?
Yes! At our Inglewood location we have 9 designated parking spots in the back alley, as well as ample street parking nearby as well as other paid lots. In Mission there is 2 hour paid street parking (download the MyParking App), there are several paid lots nearby.
Are beginners welcome?
Absolutely. Many of our classes are beginner-friendly, and all of our instructors are experienced in offering options and modifications. If you are new to Reformer you must complete our prerequisite class, the Complimentary Reformer Intro.
How do I book my first class?
Visit our schedule page and sign up for an account. You’ll be able to view the full schedule and reserve your spot with just a few clicks.
Do you offer an intro pass?
Yes — our Intro Offer is designed to give you the space to explore and find what you love. You can find the Intro Offer [here].
