STUDIO GUIDELINES
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your class
- Please leave your cellphone out of the studio, save the selfies for after class.
- The yoga studio & upstairs hallway are silent areas. Please talk quietly in the Pilates studio.
- We have yoga mats & towels available free of charge
- You are responsible for booking and cancelling your classes if you cannot make it, please download the free MOMENCE app available for IOS and Android.
- We do not take cancellations over the phone
- If you need to get ahold of us we recommend emailing us at info@junction9.ca or texting us at +1 672 784 5249 rather than leaving us a voicemail.
- You can sign into your account through our website, with Momence, or use the Momence app to manage your bookings
- As a group fitness facility, we ask that you do not attend class if you are sick
- Socks are required for all Pilates classes
- Our studios and change rooms are scented with essential oils. We avoid the use of synthetic fragrances whenever possible
- We have zero tolerance for abusive & discriminatory language and action toward our staff or clients.
- We have zero tolerance for gossip or back talk within the studio.
- Must be 16+ to attend classes


BOOKING POLICY
- Please arrive before your scheduled class in order to keep your reservation.
- Late arrivals may result in your spot being given away to someone on time, ready to attend class.
- Please try to prebook your classes.
- Walk-ins are welcome, if the class is full you are welcome to come and wait for no-shows or late cancels.
- We require a credit card on file for all bookings in the case of a late cancel or no show
WAITLIST POLICY
- If class is full, sign up for the waitlist. The waitlist moves and you have a good chance of getting into class
- Make sure you have text message waitlist notification turned on in Momence. We can help you do this at the front desk.
- You will be automatically added to the class up to 2 hours before class starts and notified via email and/or text
- If you get added from the waitlist and can not attend, please cancel yourself out of the class
- If you are on a waitlist for a morning class please be aware that you could be added while you are sleeping. Either take yourself off the waitlist if you no longer plan on attending the class or wake up to check to see if you made it off the waitlist so you can make it to class!
- Within 2 hours of class start time, you will not be added from the waitlist
- Check the schedule within 2 hours of class starting to see if a spot has opened up
LATE POLICY
- We start and end class together and appreciate you being on time.
- Showing up consistently late for class can result in you being turned away
- We know life happens, if you are late & your spot is still available you will be permitted to join class up to 5 minutes late.
- If someone is at the studio ready to attend class and you are late (past class start time) your spot will be given away
- If you are attending a Sunrise Yoga or Pilates class please note the door will be locked promptly at the start of your class, please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class.
NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 4 hour cancellation policy for regular group yoga & Pilates classes. A late cancel or no show fee will apply. Workshop cancellations are not refundable (see workshops for details). Privates require 24 hours notice for cancellation. You are responsible for the management of your bookings. That means being aware of your bookings, waitlist spots and cancelling outside of the cancellation window.
Intro Offer, Yoga & Pilates Memberships (8, 12, Unlimited)
- We allow for 2 Late Cancels per month at no charge. Your oopsie will be automatically applied to the first two late cancels of your contract month. Members on an 8 or 12 membership will need to email us to apply your credit back to your membership as this is not an automated feature (please email within 48 hours of your oopsie). This is a perk of being on a Membership.
- No Show - $20*
- Late Cancel - $15*
10 Class Passes (Yoga & Pilates)
- No Show - $20*
- Late Cancels will result in the loss of your class
*In addition you will lose the booked class off your pass
Please respect the cancelation policy, as this allows other community members the chance to attend class and ensure classes are not running with empty spots when there are people on waitlist. This is an automated charge, through Momence. Your card on file will be charged 2 hours after your Late Cancel and 24 hours after your No Show. Please make sure you are checking in with the front desk for class to avoid incorrect charges.

EXPIRATION POLICY
- All Single Classes & Class Passes expire 12 months from purchase date
- Workshops and events are valid only for the date purchased
- Registered classes are valid for the duration of the series
- For any medical issues, please contact the studio directly
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- We do NOT offer refunds on Drop-ins, Class Passes, Memberships, Workshops or Retail
TRANSFERS
- All Class Passes, Memberships, Registered Classes and Workshops are non-transferable
- All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client
- To purchase for a friend, contact the studio, 403 474 9118 or choose your pass and hit "Gift to a Friend" on Momence
LOST & FOUND
- Junction 9 is not responsible for lost or stolen items
- Yoga mats stored in mat storage are left at your own risk. Junction 9 assumes no responsibility for yoga mats left in storage.
- Please ensure valuables are locked in a complimentary locker
- Lost & found items will be kept for 1 month, after which they will be donated
