Health & Safety - Studio Guidelines

Before you arrive...

Pre-book your class online. Walk in available but not recommended due to small class capacity
- We do not require proof of vaccination, negative test, or medical exemption anymore.

Review the self assessment health check list available here

If you feel sick or unwell, please cancel your class online. Review cancellation policy

Arrive fully dressed and ready for class to reduce congestion in the change rooms. Change rooms, lockers & showers will be available. Please respect social distancing and sanitize before and after use.

Limit personal items being brought to class.

Water re-fill fountain available. Water also available for purchase
- Socks are mandatory for Reformer Pilates

Masks are no longer required but always welcome!
Once you arrive...

Please arrive early for class. Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class. We start and end together.

Hand Sanitizer will be available.

Remove shoes at the front door
- Use lockers provided for valuables, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items

Facing the mirror, place your mat giving space to those around you.

Please sanitize your props after class

Pilates people
-
Grab a clean cloth and spray bottle.

Find a Reformer
-
Spray down all parts of the reformer and wipe dry. Save your cloth and spray bottle for after class. (The person before already cleaned the reformer, this is an extra clean for your comfort)

Props available in allocated prop bin. Please sanitize after use.

After class, spray down the Reformer and props (Carriage, foot bar, shoulder rests, head rest, springs, rails & box if used) and wipe dry. The teacher will spray the straps after class

Throw cloth in laundry basket provided

Return the spray bottle to the shelf and collect your personal belongings

If at any point during class you feel unwell, please excuse yourself. Your class will be credited. Use the AHS self assessment tool online to determine if you require testing.

Please make sure you have a credit card on your account for in-studio purchases and late cancels. Account charges will be charged at the end of the month.
- We are following AHS Health Guidelines and ask you do the same.
